Cazenove has worked with the Factory Community Centre on Newington Green since 1992 on a series of phased developments that have gradually transformed the environment if the building. Housed in a nineteenth century Piano Factory the community centre has a wide range of support, vocational, welfare and recreational projects as well as a fifty place full time day nursery.

Through the addition of a lift extension and entrance canopy (1999) and a new stair tower (2006). Cazenove's designs have enabled a historic building to continue to function with vibrancy and energy.

The Phase 1 works won a Civic trust award in 2000
